What sets AWAKEN apart from any other Reiki offering out there is the ongoing support you’ll receive in-between Reiki healing sessions.

Over the course of 12 weeks, you’ll receive continuous individualized mentorship guided on a self-exploration journey including:

6× 1:1 Reiki Healing Sessions held virtually (2x each month) including:

• Reiki to clear energetic imbalances within to facilitate your body’s natural healing capabilities, leaving you feeling calmer, relaxed, and energized.

• I tap into the energy while sending Reiki, receiving channeled messages and intuitive guidance from your spirits, guides, and angels. You'll receive these messages and guidance to inspire clarity and increased self-awareness, fostering a deeper connection with yourself.

You’ll also receive ongoing support in-between sessions:

• Customized practices (i.e., journaling prompts, somatic exercises, ways to support the chakras, etc.) after each session for self-reflection and to deepen learning and growth.

• Access to individualized breath-based visualizations that will help you achieve a calm state of being through your day and weeks in-between sessions.

• Ongoing support and connection provided via text and voice note via Telegram (free downloaded app)
